Money is worthless without quality of life though. Why would i want to work somewhere I didn't want to live, as that would just make me into an angry ball of contempt. There are some places like London that i'm willing to 'put up' with, you might say a place is what you make of it and I'll tell you that you can't polish a turd. I've pretty much limited myself to a specific 'region' and a city or two outside of that.

There are shit loads of jobs out there that anyone can do that pay pretty well. It's all about being flexible, not being lazy and viewing any position as a stepping stone.
While I agree it's better to do any job than get jobseekers, you'll have to define 'flexible' and 'not being lazy'. Are you suggesting that pig should get any job while he's looking for the one he wants, or should get a job anywhere asap just for the sake that it will get him up the corporate ladder?

I think that while pig has no job, he should claim it but he should get any job he can (even if its part time) asap just because it's something that will show up on his CV that he was doing something.
