if i remmember correctly in the ealier rounds people were always being closed for this offence, people then feared doing it. What ever happend to the rounds where people respected this and made great banners? Where people wouldnt be so pathetic to actually put stupid banners up like porn ones? Im starting to wonder where the old community has gone tbh.
