I was in Bline
I did my fair share of inactive hitting this round. Im not proud of it and im not ashamed of it. Hell way i see it I can put their ships to use productivly whilst they would just remain unused at the inactive planet right?
All attacks I co-opped on with Bline where fleet catches.
Fleetcatches means hitting ACTIVE players

and yeah Havoc is completly pointless to a lot of ppl....but at least some ppl seem to enjoy it
