As an active / semi-active player who usually has terribly bad luck with exiles I would very much like the option to pay 10% extra but have a bigger chance to land somewhere decent...

Being thrown from one crappy gal to the other with hardly any actives isn't much fun at all.
Especially taking into consideration that you have to wait 3 ticks after an exile and can't exile with fleets out.

Fcking stand up for them peons if u think u are any cool. Only a lousy player is looking for others huge backup.
