Yes, some of the Ultores core(by your own definition) is cheaters, why even argue against it? Didnt you even let Clouds rejoin the other round?
Its not like anyone is saying that all players in Ultores are cheating, but a big chunk of the core is cheaters.

I like how you change to conversation to benefit your propaganda. Yes there are people that used to cheat in alot of alliances. If someone is caught cheating within Ultores he will be removed and wont be allowed back in. Like what happened to zwanstic. Its like saying a guy who cheated on his gf is never allowed a new gf, but maybe thats why you are so sore about it in the first place.
