Since we got rid of exponential growth, the best alliance will be the one with the most members. This game is not about skill or tactics. Even an 'old PA' player should know that.
I therefor think Eclipse will be #1, they can simply make one alliance of 150 and 1 or 2 others with less members.
RaH lacks members as far as I know and will probably not even make the top 10.
Rock+TFD, might get to the top10 as a block, mainly because of the combined membercount. For the same reason the ToT/LCH/GoCi block will be top 5. And Oly will be bottom top 10.
I'm missing Vengeance here. We were top10 in both beta's. Just observe and be surprised. Ow and IPC will get close to the top 10 too.
