Realy doubt anyone will be able to compete with Ultores in the near future, certainly not Black-Flag.
If anything a new alliance strong enough to match Ultores could challenge them, but seeing Black-Flag is returning, and no other alliances seems to be likely to disband for next round i dont see this happening.
Last rounds politics in some way dictates what will happend next round, and i doubt any big anti Ult collition is likely to appear, most likely those that dosnt NAP ult will be twatted.
