Re: Complaint advice needed.
Personally I'm doing Pass Plus once I finish university - my old instructor will quickly get rid of any bad habits I picked up in the 4 years after passing my test.


Oh and PSH - each train network should have forms for you to apply for a refund/compensation. Certainly 'One' hands out the leaflets when you get off the train if it's been seriously delayed.
