here we see some real penis envy (dickfear)
people look @ chef who more then earned his spot (it took WAY to long)
and see him go up in rank and then look"down" at there own "rank"(for some the same as ego) and go
YOURS IS BIGGER THEN MINE

at that point they had a choise between crying in the corner and and nagging here!
and if you read up you can see a stack of gits making the wrong choise.

the proper responce to chef being promoted would be
"Congratz chef you earned it will all that unpayed free time you put into making me enjoy this game"

and if you feel i am talking to you
I AM!!!
