Way too many same inits for my liking, but I guess this is what we have to live with. CR emp effs are somewhat justified since it's alone (no off the shell teamup [which isn't an issue for anyone wanting to teamup CR with ZIK or even ETD]). After changes this turned out to just another jintao set tbh, rather boring and after initial thoughts of "woo, this might be an offensive set", you look closer and go: "ffs, it's an init to win it round".
