Re: I'm thinking about becoming vegan

I can't really offer strong arguments in favor of vegetarian, but I can say I'm the living evidence that vegetarians can be very healthy.
I rarely get sick, have alot of energy, my blood results always come back excellent (no lack of iron or any other vitamins, awesome cholesterol level, etc) and I haven't eaten any meat for about 12 years now.
I do eat fish (although rarely, mostly shrimps etc), cheese, eggs, etc. though.
Also, my motivation for not eating meat isn't because I feel sorry for the animals, but I just never liked the taste of meat.
Except for fastfood ofcourse, but how much meat is inthere anyway. I've given that up aswell so I can say I'm a healthy person though.
