It existed, though not everyone knew about it. I have a link to where it used to be... but no screen shots. I can describe it a bit.

Basically it listed the galaxies based on the probability of exiling into them. So there were 3 or 4 groups and in each group there was a probability percentage that gave you the odds of exiling into that group of galaxies.
