The rules the MH's work with states that

So Bbutcher, is this solid or circumstantial in your mind? Or let me rephrase; are the MH's incompetent in this matter? And if so, do you sit on the evidence the MH's sit on? Or are you just clueless on the matter and are willing to slander people based on your subjective interpretation of a set of clearly defined set of game rules?
