Agreed. A friend of mine has a U-Boat, but those are both big AND ugly (they're even more flashy then your average golden Rolex
). I personally have a watch from Italy, Nice (some design store there); pretty big, rectangular (which appears to be hot these days), black, and simple as possible. I prefer watches that show local time and date and nothing else, like the digital watches I used to have. Digital I actually like better than analogue, but analogue watches look better
