If this were really the case it should however mean that those who get defence are more inclined to send back. If this were the case p3n should get more not less ingal def.

This seems to bring about the odd idea that other alliances wont offer to their gal mates. Is this the case with bows? It certainly is not with p3nguins. It is an even odder claim if taken with the previous comment you made that p3nguins will have more fleets available to offer at gal def times.

I would agree with you here if p3nguins faced the bigger coalition. But frankly I think most of us will agree that Ult faced more enemies so should have had more alliances saying no defence for ult planets.
