Well, Minister of War, don't seem to have much importance, especially when we look at the minister of WAR task; how about Galaxy Ship Fund(storage) for MoW to manage? Or something to bring MoW more jobs than the basic voting exile and message from HQ.
And a Planet Ruler logo/avatar, shown when you view a Planet Ruler page of each user/player.
