If you mean council housing then you generally have to show you're in housing need. If you just want to get away from your parents so you can wank loudly over porn then you're unlikely to qualify. Go on the common housing register held by your local authority anyway, it can't do any harm.
If you're desperate then your parents have to write a letter saying they're kicking you out and then you can present yourself as homeless at the local Homeless Persons Unit. Even if you got council housing you'd still need to pay your rent, unless you were on income support or something like that.
Ultimately you'd be better of boosting your income and then trying to see what you could get in terms of sharing.
