We consider all applications, so here's kinda a step by step guide for you...
1) Go to
http://www.ipc-alliance.com , read the rules, have a general look around etc.
2) Check out #ipc-alliance on IRC (if you're having trouble with IRC, email me at
[email protected]) and ask about a bit
3) Follow the instructions on the website to apply if you still think IPC is right for you
