Those "support" planets have so much history in PA that you can barely take them in question in the first place. The only crying that is done is about them playing as support planets, which isnt rule breaking anyway. Sending 3 defense fleets a day all round long or 2 attack and 1 defensive is in the end the same. Clouds has also played with every support planet Ultores has. Contacted them for their fleets and used their fleets, so he knows those are real people.
