Yes, maybe for you guys I am a do-gooder. I just don't like to **** up colleagues for personal gains. I don't need that. I call it confidence in that I can manage to have a career based on my competences, not based on how good I am at fking up colleagues and how good I can be "friends" with my supervisor. If you need those kind of tactics to keep or get a job it says enough imo.
