He was demoted after we were getting roided heavy and instead of helping the alliance he insisted on attacking off raid obvious farm and likely multi planets. He was warned to stop doing it and to stop cheating, he did it again the next day and he was demoted. He emo'd quit instantly and was reported. I haven't played forever but to my knowledge that was the first round Zwan was closed, after Ult HC reported him.

I'm not sure how Ult getting heavily roided is relevant to this topic.
