This is now a project also for the feature. the chan is regged with P and so far it looks like i will be high-amping for atleast 3 more rounds, and some people have already "signed" up to scan for the next round.
Tools have also been discussed and will most likely be implemented from next round! Reason for this is that i see no point to help large alliances map the universe by demanding public scans, so from next round there is a bot and an additional chan for the scanners
