You do know thats a BMW M3 (old one, dont know date etc.)? They are really fast and insurance group 18 or somthing (20 is highest, the new ones are group 20). So i seriously doubt you will want to pay more in insurance than the car is worth. Thats if anyone would insure a new driver on an M3.
