Yes, I think thats right, but I was very clear i was talking about the counterfactual (that means it didnt happen). As I understood it app was one of those threatening to hit us if we didnt hit ult. Since when we did fight App they dropped the nap and attacked immediately with no cool down, I dont see that it actually limited their options to attack earlier if they had wished.
