i think it's pretty obvious that the definition of attacking together is two or more alliances hitting the same alliance that are non-galraids (gal raids are where all targets within a galaxy get incs, hitting a fortgal can be a gal raid but depending on the size of fortgal or the alliance definition of fortgal it will most likely be considered targeting)
