Coincedence that I was talking on #support about this, and then the message gets changed. Surely the exile system is the wrong way round, big active gals shouldnt be able to exile noobs, forcing them to help them a little, where as the few active left in a small inactive gal, get screwed because they cant get a gal exile, end up spending the whole round cash self exiling to get into a gal where they dont get waved every night.
