If I killed
every dog in a one-mile radius of my home in a brutal, yet swift manner, what is the worst that could happene to me?
All of the day and all of the night there are about a million dogs constantly barking and fighting. It's really annoying when I have the window open and I can hear it extra loud.
I am of the opinion that you should not e able to own a dog if you live on a council estate or anywhere where they are unable to roam free.
I do not blame the dogs as such, but it's rather impractical to kill all the owners. Bloody Convention on Human Rights!
