The moral of the story : Don't go round being a twat.
If someone fired a paintball at me, I'd laugh it off, but at the same time I'd vote to acquit if I was on the jury of someone who returned fire and killed someone who did it to them. You should not go round assaulting others, and if you do then you gotta accept there are going to be consequences.
