10) Make eye contact
11) Criticise England in anyway
12) Smell
13) Speak in any foreign languages
14) Litter
15) Cause any form of delay
16) Complain.

2) Be quiet
Simple rules any foreigner should be forced to memorise in order to be permitted access.
