Eh? What leads you to that conclusion. At the time it was potentially pretty good politics from us. You need to look from the time not from now. When we took your suggestion that we were at war and went for ptargeting there were lots of potential upsides to being at war with you. Often fighting another alliance is a good enough excuse to keep out of the big game/war. Ultimately that was our goal this round. It was quite possible to see it as a really good option; we fight norse for a week or so and wait out what is happening to the coalition against ult - if it wins excellent we can belatedly join it. If it loses then we can shrug our shoulders and kiss Ult's arse; win win. Totally cynical but we certainly considered it.
Unfortunately for us GM both managed to successfully appeal to our consciences and also to play a blinder by telling us he had agreed with you that our war with you was over. We were robbed of our excuse. No matter to him that it was untrue it was too late for us to go back to our original position (as we hit ult before we found out you were still hitting us and rejected munkee's approach). That does not change the fact that our original position was a potentially a sensible one for p3n (even including the likelihood of app or bows incs).

In the log earlier it quite clearly stated that the only tags u wernt NAPed with was BowS/ND/Norse basicly, eventualy you wouldve most likely been destroyed if it wasnt for this "anti-Ult block" comming around.

Timing! CT has been doing our politics since we joined the block. This was before. Also Politics! Most of those involved in the block or hitting ult would have to be crazy to hit p3n and shove us over to Ult's side. I am sure Ult would have loved that. Only Bows and App would have been stupid enough to do it, I am absolutely certain ND and even more CT would never have tried this as they can accurately see the likely result. This is exactly what Advantix has been complaining about us having tried last round without success but while we had very few options so it was possibly worth trying bad ideas as there were no good ones you had a much more open political landscape.
