What I'm trying to achieve here is encouraging cooperation between players to hit bigger targets. Or rather, to discourage people solo'ing on newer (and therefor most of the time, smaller) players.
Of course 'forcing' cooperation could also be seen as a negative thing when it comes to keeping newer players, though in a game like this cooperation is a must anyway, if you want to achieve anything.
