Keep it simple but intensive. Don't move iron more then 1,5 hour a session. Don't be a member of the chest-bicep only crowd. Muscles do not develop in the gym, they grow when resting and getting proper feedage. Base your schedule around compound exercises. Local fatburning is a myth. More isn't better.
