The Documents Department is in charge of managing the CoC. This includes continuous improvement of the CoC, as well as maintaing the Google Drive account required to host it. The Documents Department (hereinafter refered to as DD) is lead by a Documents HC. The DD may have several officers (DocCs).

Any change in the CoC must be put forward by the Documents HC for a level 5 vote and requires 60% majority. A level 6 vote can immediately veto against any proposed change to the CoC.
