Isn't it silly to blow it to proportions where
FIFA intervention is called upon if West Ham's okay to let the player leave anyways? Of course, there's the dispute of who owns Joorabchian, but if WHU and EPL state that Joorabchian's claims are irrelevant, what's the problem? Hammers have the best option to sell Tevez (who wants to play for ManU) out, and ManU are willing to bid.

According to Joorabchian, he does have a claim to the player. Seems like they're not alone thinking that West Ham merely own the registration rights, while Joorabchian still owns the financial rights. If United didn't think Joorabchian's the man to discuss with about the economic rights of Tevez, why on earth would they have made talked it through him instead of Hammers? I guess we'll soon see, in what comes to calling the bluff.
