but why per se..we may be nutters, we may love our alcohol but this round we have an advantage...oh yes...we have women players
we have cast off our shackles and decided to break the mold...we brought our gf's and their friends with us mwaahahahahahaha...no more night time nagging of 'your on the comp too much' or such...now we have to fight to keep them off the comp :/

or what about the we are one of the longest running alliances still playing pa and as such we have a damned good rep for being a great place for new and inexperienced players to come along and enjoy themselves whilst learning the game.
we even have our own minister who blesses our fleets b4 launch :/ (bit crazy even for me that is)
we dont ask much of our members just be active on irc and regularly offer def if needed...
