And also what Isil hinted at earlier: that Zik steal salvage is now shared among all defenders.

As for governments: see here. Main change: Feud.

Other things that have changed since then:
  • Exiling is harder.
  • Less idlers to farm ships at. (I never liked this, but that doesn't make it any less important)
  • The round is much shorter, 1800 -> 1177 ticks.
