Lol, that is hillarious if so.
I think the reason why i got permantly banned from there was because i made an request/asked something in there, and idled untill i got a responce, wich could take over a week at times.
Meanwhile waiting for my answers/requests to be handled i kept "acting" like i was a MH, and telling them what to do with their problems(send a ingame support ticket).
But maybe the activity there is better now, what do i know.
The ingame ticket system is a much better way to get in contact with staff if your having problems.
Why would you need to talk to a MH for an exception anyways? Can you get it declined?
