With sincere apologies to the football haters, as I don't like to see a front page full of these threads either :/

ok, this one starts on tuesday 13th at 1945 (BST)...

No need to bother with details just yet, and it doesn't matter if you've never played before, just quote the list and guess the damn scores

It'll probably be a 3-in-1 competition (if enough people enter), with an individual table, a knockout and a team contest. Most of that won't happen until after the first set of matches, as you'll be seeded into groups based on your opening scores. You'll be free to form your own 3 player team complete with silly name, or be placed into one by default if necessary.

Scoring for the opening 96 games will be the same as in the current prediction leagues... 1 point for being generally right, 3 for exact, a bonus point for correctly predicting a draw, and at least 2 extra points for a longshot bonus (correctly predicting a surprise result)

Anyone with infrequent net access who wants to do all 96 games (6 x 16 between now and december) in one go can do so by PM and I'll post their predictions piece by piece when due.
