We have these new constructions, I don't know if you've seen them, but they prevent SK's from killing your structures. Perhaps you should build some!
On a side note, I'm glad to see im not the only one baffled by the #1, #6, and #7 alliance ganking the #4 alliance. And yes, Assassin, you have it right, we have (at least spore and ND) been told not to def p3ng planets. I can't confirm if it is the same for BF.
