Is this not ancient history? everyone has been through several wars since then, indeed p3n has been through whole cycles where we have gone from neutral to war to nap with several alliances. Your reason for joining spore was that we had a scrap right at the beginning of the round?

P3n and ND were napped until a couple of days ago. No idea why it ended though, it may have been through fault on p3n's part for all I know.

This sounds pretty much like what you do when you are at war so it is rather disingenuous to say you are not giving p3n incs. You sent a lot of incs our way yesterday evening even if it was all on one planet, and then a lot more this morning.
