Re: Vitamin Tablets and their ilk.

You need to reconsider your definition of good food. For example, steak for breakfast isn't a biggy. Steak mostly consists of protein and a very little bit of fat (taken you got quality steak). Just bake it in something like olive oil to keep it ok.

There is so much good food that is actually good food.
