I have heard of similar incidents and have reported them. The MH even believed me, the problem was they had no way to prove it and so were unable to do anything about it. The simple fact of the matter is there is no easy way to prove these accounts are cheating (unless someone screws up), especially if they are in ally.

Some of us have known about how to do this sort of cheat for a very long time but have refrained from doing so and have run their allies with real players. Others clearly have not, it's a shame really, but with a dying game with few active players I can't say I'm really surprised.
