Well bbc agrees with me about this drama queen.
I clearly saw the red bruise under his right eye. He got elbowed pretty hard.

Oh and someone the BBC forgot to mention Ronaldo's thigh incident, the one where a Dutch guy accidentally fell on it with his foot. Remember?
