why not bring back private galaxies ? atm people exile until they are in a galaxy containing an alliance buddypack. its basicly the same as a private galaxy. The best format would be buddypack of 5 + 3 randoms , creating 8 peeps gals and limit it to that. It would make for stronger galaxies.
