In case for ter:
If you have Cat enemies they could land with vipers but if we spend some resources in phoenix they need more ships for land maybe more spiders or scarab making more difficult landing
And if you have Etd enemies the Investor has a low init against Bs ships then some Gryphon could help too
these ships are good for your alliance too for the low eta and helping in the defense
Syren is just for Mantis
But If you wanna start 1 strong Bs fleet you could work with just

Pegassus
Wyvern
Dragon

Your suggestions could be more helpfull
