Closer the competition becomes, the better Ults chances normaly are.
If there is a chance for multiple alliance can win Ult will usualy outmanouver most tags politicaly.
This new "defence fleet option" is gonna make it harder for allies like FL/P3ng to gain cheap roids i think, but i think FL can withstand incs better than p3ng if they get concetrated.
