I mean ... take the last example (r37). You claim there was no cooldown aggreement between App and Asc after ending the NAP, while Sun says Asc thinks differently ...
Now, call me stupid but the answer on such question is quite easy and can be proven if you still have the logs of the "meeting" in which you discussed the terms. So ... which one of you is wrong mmm?
