You've probably done this a thousand times already, but I'd keep applying for jobs with high staff-turnover. They won't care a jot if you seem 'over-qualified' etc.

Consider trying for jobs at call-centres. They will all say they require 'call centre experience'. This is false. To use a massive generalisation, most of their applicants will have never spoken on a telephone before.

Some inbound call-centres are a little bit picky. Perhaps try lowering yourself to doing outbound telemarketing. It is hell, but it pays rather well I hear.
