Ingame mail isn't a requirement for consent, nor IRC logs, or WA logs or any other logs. Just hiding your ships for a wave is consent as such, especially if you can inc scan and would easily cover.

The rules should be enforced by the multihunter-team. And in my personal opinion: in cases where the farming is obvious and blatant (like this) closing both should be the de facto procedure. BUT, I am NOT a multihunter and as things stand, most likely won't be in the near future.
