Depends upon how consistently badly they play. Mistakes are clearly distinct from sucking at a game. We're reasonably tolerant, and we never fight with our members over failed strategy or tactics.
Personally, I get along with the noobs better than I do the "elite" "old-timers". PA noobs lead more interesting lives, and enjoy honestly human conversation.

Our core isn't based in Europe. We're international; Demon is in New York, I'm in Kentucky, Pathogen's in UK, snuffy is in Norway. The entire alliance is spread out like that.
